04 / About this backtest
HGB + conditional hold + repeat recovery check at 11:00
All 911 nights: +14,427,285.65% compounded return, −25.19% maximum completed-trade drawdown, and 655 wins (71.90%).
Of the 167 original holds, 114 have usable 11:00 review data: 90 exit at the review and 24 continue to close. The other 53 retain their original daily-close exit and remain in all statistics.
Apply the same conditional hold, then at 11:00 exit if estimated net return is nonnegative or price is below the original opening reference. Otherwise keep the daily-close exit. Features use completed bars through 10:58–10:59; review fills use the first observed bar from 11:01 through 11:05.
Entry fee 2.6 bp; exit fee 5 bp. Full compounding at 100% model exposure; inherited daily-close and hybrid morning prices, with no added capacity limit or review slippage.

Every historical chart, period tile, winning-period count and download follows the selected version. Monthly and Friday-ending weekly returns compound nightly returns assigned to their entry dates; boundary periods may be partial.
Account drawdown includes initial capital and the high-water mark across the entire history. Within-period drawdown resets at the period's starting capital. Both use completed-trade equity and omit adverse moves while a trade is open.
The live Binance policy uses 99% available USDC, exchange bids, its actual opening decision and exits from 15:57. Those execution assumptions differ from these archives. The separate Top-k ranking journal is a reference comparison, independent of this selector.
These are already-researched historical results, not untouched out-of-sample validation. For the 11:00 extension versus conditional hold, the paired-bootstrap ending-wealth ratio interval of 0.904–2.608 includes no improvement.
Each version is verified against its own 911-night source ledger. All 44 monthly and 190 weekly results compound to the same total; their drawdowns were checked independently.
